009bat's commitment to responsible gaming
Know your limits, play safe. 009bat always places your protection and wellbeing first. For users aged 21+ only.
Responsible Entertainment for Users 21+
009bat believes that online betting and casino gaming should be an enjoyable experience — not a source of financial problems or stress. That is why we have placed responsible gaming principles at the core of our platform.
21+ 009bat strictly provides services to users aged 21 and above only. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to investigate any suspicious account.
Responsible gaming means staying aware of how much time and money you are spending, and having the courage to stop when needed. 009bat provides various tools and support to help you maintain that control.
Recognize the Warning Signs
If you notice any of the following, take a break right away:
- You are placing bets to recover money you have lost
- You are spending more than your budget
- You are hiding your gambling from family or friends
- Your sleep or work is being disrupted
- You feel restless when you are not gambling
009bat's Responsible Gaming Tools
Deposit Limit
You can set the maximum amount you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A set delay applies if you wish to raise the limit.
Time Limit (Time-Out)
Playing for long stretches at a time is not healthy. Using our time-out feature, you can temporarily pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. Activating it will completely close your account for a set period — or permanently. Contact us through support.
Betting History Review
You can log in to your account at any time to view your full betting and deposit history. Understanding your own spending patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali live chat support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reach out to us any time you have concerns or issues related to your gaming.
Age Verification
009bat verifies the age of every new account. No one under 21 can use our platform. If there are minors in your household who use the same device, use parental control software to prevent them from accessing our site.

009bat's Responsible Gaming Policy
Deposit Limit Policy
The minimum deposit at 009bat is ৳100. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is lowered, it takes effect immediately. A 48-hour cooling-off period applies to requests to raise a limit, giving you time to reconsider.

Minor Protection
If there are minor members in your household who share the same device, enable parental controls at the browser level. Never share your 009bat account password with anyone else.
