1Platform Introduction

009bat is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between 009bat and the platform user ("user" or "you").

• If you notice suspicious activity, change your password immediately.
• Always log out after accessing your account.
• Avoid using your account on public or shared devices.

5Account Suspension or Closure

009bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

6Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 009bat: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods).

Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact our support team. 009bat does not accept funds from any illegal source.

7Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are available only for verified accounts.

The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal to be processed:

• Identity verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit (where applicable).
• Withdrawals may be on hold if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

8Welcome Bonus

009bat offers new users a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳24,000.

9General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
• If misuse of a bonus or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer applies only once per household or IP address.
• 009bat reserves the right to change the rules governing the use of bonuses.
• All wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Different bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

009bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

10VIP Program

009bat's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and betting on the platform. Cashback benefits are provided at a set time each week.

11Betting Rules

009bat offers slots, live casino, sports betting (including cricket and football) and other gaming services. Each game category has its own applicable rules.

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
• In the event of a technical error, 009bat reserves the right to review the outcome of a bet.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are set separately.
• The game provider's own rules also apply (e.g. Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe).

12Prohibited Activities
